For your convenience, this year we have created a personal cabinet for each representative of the educational institution. The cabinet facilitates the uploading of children’s drawings and adding information, as well as the possibility to edit the data. It is only necessary to create your profile once, because later the data you submit will be saved and you will not need to enter it again.

To create your profile, please fill out the registration form, indicating your e-mail address, first name, last name, contact phone number, position in the educational institution (for example, teacher, nanny, methodologist, manager) and the region where the educational institution is located. You must also indicate the educational institution you represent, the group number and/or name. In case you represent several educational institutions, it is possible to add them additionally. It is also necessary to create a password with which you will connect to the created profile.

Information about the represented educational institution

At this stage of registration, you must indicate the educational institution you represent and create a separate entry for each group whose students’ drawings you will submit, clearly specifying its number and/or name.

If the name of the educational institution in the list is inaccurate (for example, if it has been changed or restructured), please contact the competition organizers by emailing [email protected].

Please carefully review all details listed for the educational institution (address, contact phone number, and email address), as they will be used for communication, preparation of diplomas, and delivery of shipments. If necessary, the information can be edited.

If you wish to submit drawings from different educational institutions or from several groups within the same institution, please create a separate entry for each. This will allow you to specify the appropriate educational institution and group for each student when uploading the drawings to the system.

After successfully adding all relevant educational institutions and their groups to your profile, please carefully review the competition rules once again, confirm your agreement by ticking the checkbox, and click the “Continue” button.
